Here is a 5:48 video where I talk about my first 11 months of eating clean and how I have adopted a “Live-It” lifestyle.  Oh yeah, and BTW I get naked on camera again.  Ok, ok – only half naked, but I’m sure that is scary enough.

Juicing Naked with Joe Abs of – “TomCukNash” Protein Veggie Smoothie Via VitaMix

Here’s the latest video of Juicing Naked with Joe Abs of using his VitaMix blender to make a custom “TomCukNash” Protein Veggie Smoothies.

“TomCukNash” Protein Smoothie:

2 Roma Tomatos
1 Cucumber
2 Handfuls spinach
1-2 scoops Body Fortress Protein Powder (I no longer recommend using whey protein powder)
1 tablespoon milled flax seeds
a bit of water and ice

Foods To Eat if You Want to Show Your Abs

Compiled below is a simple list of foods that are good for you to eat and will help you tighten and tone your body to make it easier for you to show your abdominal muscles.  These Joe Abs Powerfoods will help you reduce your waistline and help you create the new healthy Live-It for the rest of your life!

#1 – Green Leafy Vegetables – Spinach, arugula, bok choy, endive, kohlrabi, mustard greens, and watercress.

#2 – Legumes and Beans – Black beans, Chickpeas (aka garbanzos), Kidney beans, Lima beans, Navy beans, Pinto beans, Soy beans and White beans.

#3 – Nuts – especially Almonds, Walnuts.  Raw, unflavored and unsalted.

#4 Oatmeal – unsweetened and unflavored.  Instant is fine, but steel cut is finer and more dense, making it healthier.

#5 Dairy – Fat-Free or Low Fat Yogurt, Milk and Cheese

#6 Lean Meats – Turkey, chicken, fish and lean steak

#7 Berries – especially raspberries and blueberries. Non-processed, no sugar added, fresh or frozen.

#8 Whey protein – take in extra whey protein at least a couple times a day in a shake or smoothie.  I use and recommend Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein and buy it at Walmart for the best price.

Juicing Naked with Joe Abs and His Vita-Mix Episode 2

Here is today’s episode of Juicing Naked with Joe Abs, where I am using my Vitamix blender to make a Joe Abs Healthy V8 – with 8 different types of fresh vegetables.
